Artist Statement

Part of our Papercuts Collection, this Papercut Ketubah has been carefully laser cut from fine-art Canson Mi-Teintes Paper with a Giclée printed text on a Verona Fine-Art Paper . Available in 16×24 with ten different color combination choices, this Papercut Ketubah is the perfect unique work of art that is both rich in detail and design, as well as price-friendly. The Ketubah text  is printed on the background paper and then placed carefully underneath the top layer of the cut-out design, eliminating the possibility of accidentally crushing or ripping the delicate structure while signing. Everything from design and layout, to the crafting process and final creation, shows a high-quality work of art and an overall attention to detail.

The Papercut Lovers Ketubah features a couple on their wedding day — blooming with romance and joy. The cutout design in the bride’s dress adds tons of detail to the overall Ketubah, and works in beautifully with the framing of the text. The husband standing off to the side, glancing down on his bride captures everything the Ketubot tradition is about, a couple’s love and lifelong commitment to one another.
