Real Weddings: Jessica & Joshua Klein

It brings us pure joy to create a work of art that will play an integral role in acouple’s wedding and marriage, and every so often Team Ketubah comes across a couple that we truly bond with. We are beyond excited to share with you the fun details of their wedding and the story behind their happily-every-after — it touched our hearts deeply and we are positive it will do the same for you as well!

Beyond being an awesome couple to work with, Jessica and Joshua’s wedding photos were absolutely stunning. From Jessica’s gorgeous dress and veil to the romantic ceremony, everything looked absolutely perfect! They chose one of Team Ketubah’s favorite, a Britto-Inspired Ketubah, and we could not have imagined a better fit for the both of them. We love hearing about how each couple incorporates their Ketubah on the big day, especially if they choose to do something beyond just the typical ceremony:

Beyond the actual Ketubah ceremony, we brought it to the wedding ceremony and displayed it on an easel next to the Chuppah. We then brought it up into our ballroom and displayed it right next to our table for the entire wedding.

We loved that they not only included the Ketubah in their ceremony, but for the whole wedding as well! We loved being able to create something that matched their modern style and tastes, and that they would love for years to come. After all the big celebrations were over, Joshua shared with us what they did with their Ketubah:

Jessica and I have our Ketubah hanging in our home with extreme pride.  We LOVE that beyond everything it represents symbolically, it is also a piece of art that we are excited and proud to display on our wall. I think couples often hang their Ketubah in their home because they think they’re supposed to or “have” to.  We couldn’t wait to hang ours!

A big Thank You! from Team Ketubah to Joshua and Jessica for letting us create something that played such an important role in your wedding. And thank you for sharing these gorgeous photos! We were completely honored that you feel such pride and joy not only because of its symbolism, but from the design as well. Mazel Tov on your big day and we wish you a lifetime of happiness, excitement and heaps of love!
